I love everything about bubble skincare especially the slam dunk moisturizer which is my favorite, I will give an overall 10/10.

I was excited to order the new keychain lip balm, one for myself and one for my daughter. We typically buy bubble from Walmart or Ulta but I bought directly since my daughter said these were not easy to find. I put my keychain on my purse and within two days the stick came off the lid and I didn't notice and lost it so I wasn't able to enjoy. My daughter noticed hers came off yesterday the first time wearing it on her purse so she won't be using it as a keychain so she also doesn't loose it. I would recommend having a more secure lid.

Didn’t get my order

It was horrible! I was sent the wrong product, and when I sent an email about it I was ignored. The product I did receive also didn't work as it should have.

Shipment delivered to wrong address and bubble did not refund or help contact the mail facility to find out what happened. The mail facility refuse to give other info other than that product was delivered. Was very disappointed and complained to PayPal about this issue.

It did not come

Burn my daughter face gave her allergic reaction bumps all over burning her face

The lip balm would not stay closed and it came off and was lost.
