It hasent came after like what 20 days?

I never got my package

It was NOT clear that there were no returns.

My skin got worse

My skin was covered in tiny blisters after applying the cream and it was obviously a bad reaction to the product i only used once and had to apply sudacreme to my skin . further more i sent photos to the company and explained also i had no known allergies but they were not interested at all

I was super excited for my package. Spent like 50 dollars. The products are great and a lot of people like you guys however, it broke me skin out so bad. It stung so bad... I know that new skincare usually purges but this was really bad. It was really painful so it take it off quickly and redness and pimples appeared all over. Unfortunately since you guys dont allow returns I have to keep products that dont work for me and my $50 dollars went down the drain. There is obviously nothing wrong with your products, I have tried many skincare brands, and they all had similar outcome... I have found a few brands that work for me.

The box was broken and the cleanser was open already and spilled a little bit
