I received an empty box! I sent an email and I am waiting for a response.

I got a set for free as part of being a bubble ambassador. The skincare was ok, my daughter has nabbed it for her residential. Package was cute. However, the hoops they want you to jump through to be an ambassador are massive. There's around 4-6 notifications PER DAY of things they want you to do for points. Points add up to get freebies to review on social media. Most things are comment on posts and you'll get 5pts. You need around 4500 to get one little sample. I get that the sample are free and they need some UGC for sales but for the amount of ambassadors they have, most of their social reach is just people commenting for points. It's arduous. I wouldn't recommend even if content creator is your full time job.

I did not get my package

My package didn't even arrive its been delivered but to some other house

I haven't received my order yet, although it's been 15 days since purchase, so far!

They shipped via usps. Usps said it was delivered but I still haven’t received it and they refuse to help or replace! So I’m out of the product plus my money.

Ordered a week ago and sill has not shipped!

Still have not received. Contacted customer service and no solutions were given.
