I love how is not too thick or too thin in this moisturiser but I have dry skin and I won’t properly use it as much I was trying it out but it does feel nice on the skin

my daughter loves this line, but... shipping can randomly take forever, and their website is a DISASTER. At one point you could log on with the shop app, but don't make that mistake because the ability to do it again is very random. The link to manage your subscription that was sent to my email was broken, and when I logged into the website to try and make a change to our subscription, it locked up the browser. I tried it on phone and laptop. WHAT A MESS. Great products for young skin, though.

Hello! The skincare routine made my daughter’s skin have rash! I understand that the products might not be for sensitive skin. Any recomendations?

Product: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 Seems ok so far, my daughters like it Customer Service: (zero I guess, no one returned my requests/messages) Shipping: ⭐️⭐️/5 it took WAY too long to ship the product and once it shipped, took just as long to arrive. The only reason I’m giving any stars is because it actually came to the correct address. Overall, I won’t be purchasing from this website again. I’m aware that things are not immediate in regard to shipping and processing, but the amount of time it took, with no communication from Bubble’s end, was a bit ridiculous. There are way too many brands out there for me to waste my time over here.

i def recommend the slam dunk moisturizer for kids ages 7-10 but for me it’s not the best bc I can’t mix it with any of my other products which makes me break out! I also the blemish clearing serum which whenever I use it, i put it on like little spots but it justs makes me break out even MORE! I recommend the byoma gel moisturizer if you want to mix in other products with ur moisturizer, but in my opinion it’s a no for me!

it takes a long time to deliver

It took a few weeks to get to me even though my shipping said 3-5 business days. That’s the only real complaint I have that isn’t most likely from the shipping company they sent my package through. I am satisfied with the product.

The product is great but customer service can be a little bit better especially if you have no idea what is going on with your package. Also the number that was provided nobody ever did get back to me through that number. Also a creepy thing is with the number it sent me it’s location and it was at a warehouse in my city. That is the real reasons why I didn’t give a 5 star.
