It took a long time to ship, I was expecting it to come in about 6-7 days but it took 12 days to arrive, the packaging was nice but could be wasteful for just a small amount of product, I thought the slam dunk was scented but it wasn't which was kind of disappointing, but overall it's a 3/5, because on the website it said it would come from October 30-31 and it was very accurate, it came on the 31th of October

Zero communication from customer service. I emailed twice regarding shipping and no answer. Will definitely not purchase again.

The company is amazing but their products make me break out except for cloud surf!
