I ordered the lip gloss for my granddaughter at Christmas. The image in all the photos shows the lip gloss at least 3xs bigger than it actually is. I was disappointed after all the hype on social media

Delivery took too long, purchased from a third-party and it reached faster. The product is good 👍

i love bubble skincare but i never really got my welcome gift only my gift i claimed with my points

When I received it, I wrapped it right away from my daughter for Christmas but when we opened it today, two of the products were opened. The lip balm was open but fine, but the brightening eye cream was broken into two pieces. We were really excited for this product so I really hope that you guys can make it right.

I didn’t realize what I purchased was so small. Haven’t given to granddaughter but sure not much for the price

Took forever to receive.

Ordered my package on 1st December - 3 weeks later & still haven’t received it (in Australia) Emailed Bubble to ask for an ETA or further update a few days ago, but haven’t had any response. If I knew they were going to be this slow & bad with communication i would have just bought the products from Priceline pharmacy & not from them directly 😭 would have been a hell of a lot cheaper too!
