It has taken a month and my package is still not here. I bought it as a gift for my friends birthday which was last week, I left a lot of time for the package to arrive and it still has not came. The order number that was given did not work so I had to get a new one.

I needed to cancel 2 orders. They both say processing and not shipped yet and I can email and text to get ahold of someone. I sent 4 texts and 4 emails and no response from anyone. They sent me an auto reply email stating it could take 3 days to respond to me. The orders will ship by then and be impossible to get a refund then. This company is a scam.

My kids saved all their birthday money to buy your product. One got a nice bag with her purchase, the other bought same items, no blue toiletry bag. You would think there would be consistency. And I emailed and no response or way to fix the issue. SO now one kid is super diapointed.
