I still haven’t gotten it.

This time I got the water slide serum and the pump wasn't there so I have to put it in my hands to use and it was basically empty so I want a refund

the box was distroyed and the balancing toner mist was halfway full. :( usually it’s perfect but this time wasnt.

Products were decent in terms of quality but I was shocked by the cheap packaging, The serum pump broke when I took it out of the box. Very disappointing! Will stick to pricier brands because it seems you really get what you pay for here!

My package was delivered weeks later than normal packages and it just took forever it also wasn’t all you but I feel like maybe you could’ve had someone reach out rather than having me be the one to reach out

The bubble slam dunk broke me out so bad on my nose

My daughter ordered items for Christmas, I had no issues with the delayed delivery but when we got the package half the order was missing. We have emailed and called several times with one reply. The email they replied with asked what items were missing, so we answered the email and after weeks of emailing and calling them we still have not had any answer.

i have not received any updates for my package, i dont know where it is or what the status of my package is.
