You waited over a week from my order to tell me one of the products was back ordered and wouldn’t be available till after the holidays and that information only came to me after I inquired about delivery time. Then the delivery time for the other products was so slow. I will never order from you again. It’s also difficult to get an expected delivery time from your website. All in all not a good experience

I made my Order weeks ago and it hasn’t been shipped

I’m still waiting to receive the product from my December 12 purchase As of January 10, I have still not received the product.

Never received it. It was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old granddaughter but it still isn't here.

I would like to provide a review on the product, but I never received it. I ordered the product for a Christmas gift on December 9th, expected to be delivered between Dec 17-19. Today is Christmas and, according to the tracking, my package hasn’t even been picked up by the courier. I tried contacting bubble customer service, but didn’t get a response.

I didn’t get it. Second year in a row after I’ve paid in full.

Even after 3 weeks, I did not received my paid order.
