I am so excited to have another option for online wholesale purchasing for the boutique! And the vendors I ordered from where quick to respond and fulfill the orders. All the products were quality and as advertised. Everything looks great in the store and adds the variety I was looking for.

I'm reviewing Abound as a maker. It is a relatively new wholesale marketplace, because of this, it lacks some of the features that older marketplaces have. What it lacks in features, however, it makes up with amazingly responsive staff, affordable fees, and the most helpful community out of any of the marketplaces. Once I setup my shop, I received a FREE brand review where a knowledgeable staff member walked me through actionable steps to get the most out of their marketplace. As with any marketplace I have had questions, usually revolving around customers. I send an email and I get a clear, friendly response usually in hours; no longer than a day. I have written emails to customer service at other marketplaces and have received rather rude responses or at worst been completely ignored! Abound offers two payment options. One has incredibly low fees and you get paid in 45 days. This is great for businesses that have lower profit margins. Or if you can't wait that long due to cash flow, you can be paid very quickly and pay what you would on Faire. I am on maker Facebook groups for all of the marketplaces that I'm on, and I find Abound members much more supportive and helpful. I'm not entirely sure why this is, but it is very noticeable. All in all Abound has been AMAZING for our business allowing us to grow rapidly!
