Needs some improvement in customer service
I like abound but they need more clothing vendors at cheap whole sale price like unishe tansunobird , moa collection, 42pops, vanilla monkey etc. I gave 3 stars because I had some orders canceled due to out of stock items and a return but its been 2 weeks and the net terms hasn't restored. I've used abound chat and emailed customer service but all I get is the run around. They say we are trying to fix it then when it's supposed to be fixed it's not. It fixed once out of 4 times but only on invoices. They net terms available credit did not restore. Its now 2.5 weeks later and still not fixed. I guess I'm just used too faire and their net terms credit restores instantly. If abound can't get it together ill have to just pay my current invoices and stop using abound but I have enough worries day to day in my shop without having to deal with the aggravation of this too. It's a shame cause I honestly do like abound other than the customer service and net terms not getting fixed rapidly. I can not place new orders to restock my store if I can't get my net terms fixed. I did place one cash order while waiting cause I had customers specifically request some items but I should of been able to place a larger order with that vendor had my terms restored properly.
