I cannot be more pleased with the service and honesty I received from Helicon. Not only were they extremely patient in dealing with my insurance company, but extremely honest in their recommendations and after almost 1.5 years of waiting on my insurance, they came back and recommended something that was not as expensive as initially thought. Most businesses increase their quotes, and Helicon did the opposite and lowered our cost and still suited our needs. They looked out for what was in my best interest which is rare of any business. I would highly recommend anyone needing a service like this, not to look elsewhere, Helicon is a company of honest professionals that are experts in their field.

Gilbert and Luis did a great job repairing a crack in our driveway. They communicated well letting us know when they were on the way. They arrived on time and explained the entire process and answered all of our questions before they started working. They worked for 6 hours and did each step of the process with care and expertise. They kept the job site clean and they met with us to answer questions when they finished the job. They also talked to us about ways to prevent erosion in the future as well as checking for foundation issues. We are very happy with Helicon and highly recommend Luis and Gilbert to do the job right. It’s difficult to find a good contractor in Florida but Helicon is excellent and highly recommended by 2 boomers who appreciate a job well done!

GREAT HELICON experience from my initial contact with Bob B; home quote visit and financing with Tony; to the last two days with Luis, Gilbert, and Carlos executing the remediation plan for pool settling at our home. Communications/explanations and supporting our questions were excellent! Gilbert and Luis gave some great suggestions for adding French Drain placement to enhance and protect our Helicon investment and help correct drainage issues. Outstanding professionals all around good guys! Highly recommended.
