The best investment I've made in myself
I came to this retreat feeling depleted and left feeling like a completely different person. The programme was thoughtfully structured across four days, blending movement, breathwork, inner work and genuine rest. Jake's breathwork sessions for emotional regulation and his Qi Gong were a real highlight, deeply grounding and unlike anything I'd experienced before. Simone's yoga was equally a highlight: she is an exceptional teacher. The workshops and yoga philosophy session gave real space for reflection, and the evening rituals, including the candlelit nervous system reset and the fire circle, created a sense of ceremony that made the whole experience feel special. There was also plenty of free time built in, which I really appreciated. The contrast therapy, cold exposure and sauna added another layer, and the short hike on Saturday was a lovely way to connect with the surroundings. The food was wonderful, the sense of community that formed was something I didn't expect but so valued, and I came away genuinely rested, calmer and more connected to myself. I cannot speak more highly of this retreat - authentic people, a genuine sense of care, attention to detail and a personalised experience throughout. Highly recommend to anyone looking to properly reset.
