VERY POOR COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ordered a personalised 3d police vest as a thank you for serving through pandemic. Waited along time for item to arrive which after ordered found was Singapore. When it came it was a very poor quality flat acrylic picture nothing like advert. Paypal don't want to know as it's custom made. Seller offered 40% back but now changed and very abrupt.

I finally received my “doormat” and I can’t believe they are able to so falsely advertise this as a doormat as it is obvious that it’s barely good enough to use in a bathroom. My husband thought we we got it for free at the mall with some type of purchase. Very disappointed that I spent my hard earned money on this trash! Shame on them and shame on me for believing the advertisement.

Bought some "waterproof solder wire connectors" from them as an impulse buy, because they looked like they might meet my needs. Basically stick electric wires into both ends and heat it up, solder melts and sticks wires together, outside plastic connector shrinks and seals connection. Product arrived in 2 weeks and I tried it out - no luck! Apparently you need an industrial strength heat gun to melt the solder, not just a hair dryer like they advertised. Hair dryer didn't melt solder, just shrunk the tubing a little bit. I tried many times to get a refund but kept getting these polite emails about needing more info, send pictures, order number, etc. Finally I kept repeatedly sending them the same email that I had met all their requests, what about my refund? After several weeks I got another polite email that they were sorry but the product was not defective and they could only offer me a 10% refund - if I sent connectors back. I guess I will be getting an industrial heat fun to see if that works. I will NOT be getting anything else from them and advise you not to! Appears to be a quick scam company from Singapore selling poor quality merchandise and does not honor their quality, warranty, and refund policies.
