HeavyNodeReviews of heavynode.com

Support is amazing, fast and friendly. Also performance is unbeatable. The best option for your server is here, no doubt.

Really good response time even on sundays!

I am customer since last month, and I have no problems with Heavy Node, they have a good support team and usually responds to tickets in a couple of hours. Previously I was client from another Hosting company (Sparked Host) and after some network issues (and they have an egocentric posture as they always thinks that their services are ok no matter if the customer complains for the service) I have decided to try Heavy Node, and I am happy with the decision that I have made, so I have switched all of my servers to Heavy Node. At now, I have 5 services with Heavy Node, and all of them are working with no issues and with a good performance. The services that Heavy Node offers are great with good hardware, professional support, and with an excellent uptime! I am surprised because Heavy Node is one of the few companies that offers transparency with a detailed status page of all of your services. Thanks Heavy Node for the excellent customer experience that I have.

You just gotta love this host. I always use trust pilot to check out the reviews of different hosting companies but i've never written a review on anything before and this is my first time. THIS HOST IS JUST AMAZING. Like just take a look at their prices , its super affordable. it was too good to be true. I've bought a 5gb ram premium server from heavynode and its just amazing. Lets talk about their support , its literally one of the best in the industry. i've troubled them soo much with all the server node change requests multiple times and they did it for me without any complains and it was quick.

Wonderful pre-sales support via Discord, they were able to answer a lot of specific questions I had about features of their panel that are critical to my setup (eg. automated backups, dedicated IP, specific ports). The performance is fantastic! Better than other host I have used in the past, and all my players are reporting better pings since switching over to heavynode for our host. EDIT: they have discord/support in Spanish as well.

I'm extremely happy with HeavyNode's hosting for all their products/services. Honestly their servers are amazing and are super fast! When I needed support asking a few questions about their hosting Rodrigo A. was very helpful in answering all my questions and providing me with helpful support. I highly recommend to everyone that they use HeavyNode for server hosting. ^-^

I am beyond thrilled with not only the physical servers provided by heavynode, but as well as the customer service who have well exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an actual good host who cares about their customers and who have the hardware to support their customers needs! This has been the most pleasant hosting company I've dealt with.
