HeavyNodeReviews of heavynode.com

La cantidad amplia de ubicaciones para tener un servidor, el excelente servicio al cliente, y la cantidad de ofertas que tienen regularmente, hacen que sea un servicio de la mas alta calidad, aunque el precio sea un poco mas alto que el de la competencia.

HeavyNode has been the best host service I have used thus far. Their servers are strong, their user interface is accessible, and their support is incredible, both friendly and helpful with each interaction. Special shoutout to Rodrigo A., who, from the start, has made my team's lives infinitely easier with his friendly and knowledgeable help.

THIS IS WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT WHAT SERVER HOSTING SHOULD ASPIRE TO BE. Amazing service and absolutely SUPERB support. Not only does HeavyNode have to the most bang-for-your-buck value out of every host I have ever used (running 6gig MC server, includes dedicated IP for a total of only 20$), but the support from HeavyNode is absolutely stellar. Rodrigo is the one who is always there to answer my calls, and it's almost as if he can read my mind when he gives me additional tips and options when I ask for help. Now for the service: My server has a 100% uptime and easily handles stress tests. Thanks to the amazing specs of the servers which are available (they list all hardware), it is also very easy to get an understanding of what you're paying for with each package. Another bonus is that a dedicated IP is only a few more dollars per month; a dedicated IP may not seem important to some, but it helps making your server look professional and safe. This image for only a few more dollars is stellar. You get a web-side pterodactyl server client with all options available to you without the need for special access or permission. Thanks to this, you can also skip the logging-into of your web host and go straight to the login for the server client. I highly recommend this to anyone. I have been a customer since August and do not regret a single penny that I pay for these spectacular services.

I had problems due to my ignorance and what normally would have to take me several hours with the support of other hosting, here they attended to me in a matter of minutes fixing my problems immediately

One of the best performing servers I have worked with. Amazing Company, amazing service, amazing staff. Support answering 24/7 always asking if there's anything they can help with more. Solving all problems, even offering things to help me out if i have any issue. I would give 6STARS for them. !!!!

Both my support tickets, even one with low priority, got answered very quickly (by Rodrigo) and were helpful. Also, the prices are very low. I mean, VERY low. And it's not a scam, what I considered after reading their prices. Honestly the best hoster I ever had. The UI is also easy to understand, but you can, if you want to, access via SFTP, which was incredibly useful for me. Of course there's also an online version where you can upload, delete AND EDIT (!) Files.

Reliable servers, cheap prices and the best support help there is! My support tickets get answered really quickly, some even 10 minutes after I've sent it and all responses come back to me within 8 hours or so. Simply amazing.

Absolutely amazing customers service and price, both are mind blowing would recommend this company to anyone who wants a minecraft server of any kind!
