HeavyNode is a great place for hosting, we had hosting there for just a short while before finding a host that better suited our needs. However, during our time with HeavyNode we had nothing to complain about... panels and backend was seamless, the payments and web infrastructure was well laid out, and the performance was great, with no issues. Upon cancelling our HeavyNode package, our account auto-billed before we cancelled. HeavyNode was quick to refund the amount we were hoping not to pay since we were moving hosts at that pay period and they went above and beyond with their support service. Very friendly, will definitely find a way to use HeavyNode in the future!
