HeavyNode is one of the best!

My honest review of HeavyNode. Excellent quality, great pricing, superior customer service. I am not joking when I say excellent quality, the premium hosting is very *very* powerful and you will NOT be disappointed. I've been able to host my community of 30 hardcore crafters with absolutely no issues. We run a huge resource-eating server and I am overly satisfied. No longer am I going to be burned by "Can't keep up" messages in console. So for the performance, its a solid 5 stars (of 5). Next is the pricing, I am so surprised at the cost model these guys (at HeavyNode) are implementing. It seems almost scale breaking, like it's so close to being toooo good for my money. But they do not fail, it is great hosting. Not just, "great hosting for the money". I am undeniably satisfied. I understand I keep saying the same line, "I am satisfied". But that may just be an understatement. In this category, pricing; gets a hardy 5 golden stars. Anyway next is the support, I personally was helped by Mr. Rodrigo A. He is superior to any CSR from any other company I've had experience with. A Discord server, jumping with people whom are passionate about this company is unbeatable. Note that I did not need support for a technical problem/issue. I was wondering about how long the provision time was, as I ordered the server during a large scale community event as we were just hitting so many problems with the old hosts' server. He immediately reacted and forced my server to be provisioned. We went down during an event and resumed about 15 minutes later on the next shiny HeavyNode server. Noone even knew we switched but were exclaiming how the server felt "buttery smooth". That is just what I want to hear as the owner. But without Rodrigo's quick action, vast experience, and preparedness to help; our event would have been a bust. So for support another 5/5. As a bonus review, the consistency of the platforms is maybe the cherry on the top. They made a beautiful frontend to their shop, a clean, modern, responsive backend to their client area (using WHMCS, so we're all familiar), and a beautiful, well put together, and clean Pterodactyl theme. (Did I mention the use of the server control panel, Pterodactyl?! What a great choice; coming from a company's custom panel, puffer panel, and MultiCraft. This was such a relief to see they've chosen a panel that caters to need of server admins/owners/developers. bonus 5 stars). Back to the consistency of their beautiful platform, they've really put in the hard work and sweated the details to make me feel like I'm using one product, unlike the competition just being a middleman. So as for the effort they've put in, its worth an easy perfect 5. As a client, I could NOT be happier with HeavyNode. I would (and am) recommending them to any person looking for a server host. They have something for you. I'm sure of it. If you have any questions, just ask them I'm sure they've got your answers. :) 10/5.
