utterly ridiculous !! i ordered head bolts for a cat engine, you send me off the shelf bolts i could have bought at farm supply store. not enough of them to do the job and not the right torque rating. STILL waiting on my return label for them.

Finally found out I was supposed to receive a third package for order# 2825. Stan sent me tracking # for 2 packages, neglected to give me tracking # for third package. Looks now like engine kit does not come with head gskt, valve seals , intake plenumn Etc.... package ha been sitting in vancouver for 4 days. The phone # Stan Rodriguez supplied was his own, not mine. As a result I was not phoned and stan did not inform me about duties to be paid. Now you funny too stan. Very poor service and condescending attitude. Take off eh!!!

These guys were good on the phone yes we have the parts in stock no problem. we paid then the parts were back ordered no idea when they will be available. then there was trouble getting the money refunded . no thanks never again

Your Order number was #1794 and you ordered Mitsubishi S6s Overhaul kit with oversized main and Rod bearings online and after reviewing your order we contacted you back with information that the oversized bearings are on back order from our vendors and we will contact other options if they are available with them. But they were not on which you decided to cancel the order. And as per our policy we refunded your amount within mentioned time. There are 4 to 5 brands with good reputation in diesel parts industries. PAI, MCbee, FPdiesel, Maxiforce, and Mahle we are the distributors of these brands and others as well. For most of the Cummins Engines we prefer Mcbee brand or the brand preference by clients. these all brands do come with 2 years warranty for parts and labour. We recommend you to have Confidence in your buy because these are the brands which are prefered by all repair shops.
