I've ordered from here a lot for HTV and the orders always arrive as ordered. The prices are comparable to other sites and the shipping is fine. It takes about a week to get to me (in CT) so I have to plan ahead when ordering. I couldn't order from here for a while because the software kept saying that my address was undeliverable to. I contacted customer service which didn't help much so I found another vinyl place. I missed HTW so I checked a few times if they would shop to me and finally they fixed the software (quite a while later, I have to look up how long it took) . Today I went to place an order and basic black siser easyweed was back ordered which I thought was odd. I had to order elsewhere but I always check here first. I know I'm getting authentic siser easy weed which you cannot say from some places. I had too many reports of the vinyl peeling off when I shopped places like Amazon and another vinyl place I no longer use. Overall a decent experience over many years.

This is a terrible company to purchase from. No phone number to call a live person. Descriptions on the items are NOT what you get and then you can't return them. I will never purchase from this company ever again.

I always shop at Heat Transfer Warehouse for my vinyl needs because their products are great and their customer service is outstanding! Last time, I accidentally ordered the wrong color, and they responded the same day I requested a call. They quickly and efficiently solved my issue, which I really appreciate. However, I did have an issue with the sticker they attach to the HTV for heat settings (see photo). Normally, I can remove it slowly without residue, but this time, it left a sticky mess, and I had to cut off a few inches of wasted vinyl. It would be great if they used a different sticker that peels off more easily. Still, this is my go-to shop, and I’ll continue buying from them. Just hoping for a better sticker next time! (I'm leaving this review here because it's the only place I could find to do so. Heat Transfer Warehouse emailed me a review link, and I filled it out, but the submit button just took me to a blank, untitled page. I also couldn’t attach a photo, even though it said to add one for extra points.)

Customer Beware of Heat Transfer Warehouse! Worst customer service I have ever had. There is no option to call them on the phone if you have a question or a problem. You must fill out a form online and wait for them to call you back, which doesn't happen. Their live chat is inept. If you ask for their name during live chat, they will not give it to you. They will go completely silent. It was interesting, I saved the screenshots of the live chat I had with them...it was quite bizarre.

They cancelled my order without telling me- claimed they contacted me via email and voice mail- I checked my history and this did NOT happen! Essentially I was lied too- Bizarre place to deal with - go elsewhere- oh and the store credit only policy is absolute BS!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI order here ALL the time, this order has been a nightmare. I Ordered A printer March 19th, with a 5-8 day lead time. two weeks later, I find out myself with no commutation it will be 4-5 weeks. 5 weeks into the order, I was called and told the printer would be shipping. It is now week 6, I had to call, to be told it would be an additional 3 weeks. Do not waster your time, order this elsewhere that has better customer service and communication. this is absolutely ridiculous. Heat Press Nation will help you, with superb customer service.

Horrible customer service . Paid for a quicker shipping and it came later than it would’ve had I not paid for any speedy shipping. When contacted for a refund , they refused even though it didn’t even leave their warehouse yet and wouldn’t for days according to the email they sent me. Did not do a thing to help or rectify their mistake but stole my money. Don’t buy from these thieves.

Here is the last email I sent. It says it all. This has been a pretty unacceptable experience with this company. We have conversed back and forth multiple times and there is at least a 24 hour period in-between responses. I have already inquired about the store credit that I was forced into because the company doesn’t allow refunds except in store credit which should be out lawed. When asked for guidance on the product the feed back was not very helpful. Either the product knowledge isn’t there or the care for customers isn’t there. Either way this has been a poor experience. It taught me to not order from you guys and to always make sure to order from Amazon because they care about the customers experience and stand by their product enough to give an actual refund on it. And if this is built into your policies then it leads me to believe that you have a lot of returns that are not returning customers. I inquired about the return that you said had been received two days ago and I still have not heard anything back. I have a project that is time sensitive and you guys have been the thorn in my side the whole way. I do plan on calling again today and probably leaving a google review about this experience because people need to know what kind of a company and service they are getting ready to receive.
