Recently got a brief message my order had been randomly canceled. It was a large order and had cleared the bank so payment not an issue. I called and got a message to email. No other option - no huma to speak to. Sent email and never heard back, reached out twice to their Instagram messaging again no answers. Are they closing? Frustrating and really useless
