I signed up with thid website with the 100 free spins of dragon gems, Withough realisation, I had a playthrough bonus of 1,300 dollors, I actually managed to get all the way through the play through, and still had 400 dollors. After the playthrough was completed, it automatically took 280 dollors back as a playthrough bonus.... I but I only had 90 dollors in there..... i mistakingly depostied the 30 dollors in hope of taking out the 90... I then had to message them, they wanted my id, and bank account details to deposit, I did so, regretfully.... I asked them how long it would take they told be between 3-5 buisnezs days, which i asked them it seemed a long time to wait they assured me it would be okay and to be patient... today I went to go and log into my account, and I am completely locked out of the website.. absolute scam

I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews for this online casino before I spent any money on here. I deposited so many times with no winnings. I was given $10 dollars free bonus with max cash out of $100. I actually won and submitted my withdraw and it’s been almost a week and nothing. At first when I asked they told me I would be paid in 3 business days. And when i ask where is my withdrawal again now they say to be patient

Waiting on my withdrawal since 29th November. Egnored by payments since 30th Nov please help me get my money I honestly won. Noone should have to wait over 2 weeks for there winnings. All my details and documents where excepted by Daniella in payments on the 30th November. Had to send bank statements an all. I done every thing asked of me and I want my money.

Used a no rules bonus, deposited $50 which gave me $150 to play with. Won $1000 but when i tried to withdraw it they took the money themselves and put my $50 back in my casino balance and would not send me my winnings. Scammers

Such liars. DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE! They will do EVERYTHING they can to not pay out including calling comps free chips when in their terms they specifically say a deposit must be made between 2 THATS TWO COMP redemption. But if you win with comps they will then deny your withdrawal and tell you used multiple free chips. Also, BEWARE OF THEIR TACTICS. If you have a pending withdrawal with them, just block all their emails. The reason they have such a long waiting time for approval is because they will keep sending you free spins. DO NOT CLICK THEM! It's another trick they use to void out your winnings. Once you click the redeem or claim tab it'll automatically take you to the coupon screen and claim it for you. If you have any pending withdrawals they will deny your withdrawal request almost immediately after claim your free spins. DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRICK!!! They've also used this method to screw me so I'm going to warn EVERYONE! BETTER JUST TO AVOID THESE SCAM/SCUM ARTISTS. OH YEAH! ALSO, DONT FALL FOR THOSE FREE CHIP EMAILS! It won't mention anything about a Min. Dep. so once you deposit and redeem them, they'll deny your winnings by either saying you didn't deposit the min $30 or they won't honor the terms of the coupon. Oh yeah, I have screenshots, saved convos with live chats, have emails, and screen recordings. I'll be happy share them with anyone.

Wish i’ve seen the reviews before playing here! STAY AWAY! SCAM SCUM SCAM! Save your money!

I redeemed the $100 chip no problem. MYHEAPS100 Clicked on about 10 or so slots and all have the same issue of opening up. Instead there's a message stating lobby.123lobbygames.com refused to connect.

No Communication, send emails numerous times but no reply Live Chat is not helpful, doesnt answer questions and tells you to send an email. Refusing to pay out winnings even if there are manager approved Its been now over 4 weeks and getting the run around, Most trusted Casino on the Net, is there slogan I dont think so,
