We contacted you on Monday, January 3 at 9:25a to update your credit card, and your order shipped that same day at 11:09a using FREE US Postal Service, 5-7 days, which you had selected. According to USPS.com tracking your order arrived at the address you supplied, "Delivered, In/At Mailbox, January 7, 2022 at 12:07 pm" That's just 4 days shipping! Pretty good. There are no notes in your order that indicate that the package was mistakenly delivered to the incorrect address, which would have been protocol, nor are there any notes showing that we had a discussion about a lost package. Hello Jerry, We were dismayed to hear that your order had not made it to you in a timely manner, but we are happy that we can resolve it. Your order was placed by a 3rd party on Thursday, 12/9/2021, at 8:15:00 AM with FREE USPS shipping, 5-7 days. When an order is placed over the internet or by a mobile device, you are required to call in to validate your order to verify your intent to place the order, and the 3rd party credit card owner must authorize its use. Both criteria were fulfilled Thursday, 12/9/2021 8:19:00 AM. At this time your order was read back to you to verify that all pertinent information was accurate, and you took the opportunity to upgrade the quantity of pills on the order. Your order then shipped at 12/9/2021 9:24:00 AM that same morning. The 3rd party that placed your order inadvertently placed an incorrect ship address on it. It was unfortunate that you unable to make us aware of until 12/19/202, 1:51:00 PM. Four hours after it had shipped. Our customer service representatives have been in contact with both you and the USPS, working diligently to amend the situation. A USPS Service Request Ticket #33752299 has been generated, and you have now accepted terms to rectify the situation. We have strict protocols and stop gap measures in place specifically to alleviate such occurrences. However an unfortunate misstep occurred that we were unable to control.
