I had a pleasant conversation with Kirk this morning, and the conclusion we came to is that there was a miscommunication about a coupon that was to be placed on the order, but wasn't. It was placed too late for same day shipping, so it was shipped Thursday 10/12 @ 8:30a. You selected FREE USPS shipping 5-7 days. USPS.com tracking shows that your package was delivered, In/At Mailbox on Friday, 10/20 @ 5:38p. That is 7 shipping days not including Sunday. Dear Boston Dad, We're sorry to hear that your experience with us has been a troublesome one. When you called us to stop your Auto Refills on your second order, your account was not noted properly, that's why a 3rd order was placed for you. It was an internal error and for that we apologize profusely. We're sorry to lose you as a customer, but understand that the contraindications weren't good with your other medications. To all consumers, if at anytime you feel uncomfortable giving out your credit card number, DON'T do it.

When you placed your latest order on Thursday, it was placed after the cutoff time for shipping, 12p MST, so it did indeed ship on Friday for Monday delivery. Dear Alex, We had a chance to speak on the phone and resolved all the issues that you address in your above complaint. You no longer will receive auto refills, and when you have returned the recent unwanted order shipped to you, you will receive a refund. In effect as of 5/17 we have ceased and desisted the use of your credit card. If you want to use us to fulfill orders in the future, you will need to contact us by phone to place a new order and provide us with a valid credit card at that time of service.
