Unnecessary delay. My issue was that i needed a prescription from my doctor after they told me that i didnt. Then they told me that since i got a prescription i didnt need the facetime interview. After not receiving my order then i was told that i did need the interview. When finally doing the interview it appeared that it was unnecessary after all. The left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing. Finally I received my order as promised.
