Rude customer service
I called customer service about an on time delivery issue & I was told even though I spoke directly to a customer service rep to modify my order to one day delivery I should have known that I was not going to get it next day. The person I spoke with also said I would not receive a refund for the difference. I guess they figure they have you by the balls.

Sir, Sorry that you feel our price of $46.50/ levitra 20mg tablet is to high. I just checked the Largest Retailer in the World, starts with Wal...they charge $43.09 per 20mg Levitra Tablet. You will also need a prescription from your Doctor. We include one at no charge to you. I do agree that ED medications have increased in price every year and priced much too high over the past few years. having to sign for each delivery is a problem
I travel all week and will never be home for a delivery that requires a signature. The post office is 20 miles away and they are still looking for last week's delivery that I never received, that's just not going to work for me.

a little too high
Service was fair., but viamedic's prices are way too high. Much higher than other drug store. Online or in person. Makes it not worth while to purchase.

Hi Ron, You simply cannot compare other services to ours because they are very different. What other online service facilitates the entire process of coordination with doctors, pharmacies and mailing services. Think about the investment of your time to obtain it otherwise. Scheduling an appt with your doc, traveling there, waiting in the wait room, going to the pharmacy, etc. I have to ask what you value your time at? Also when was the last time you actually priced out the meds you purchased? I just called the CVS by your apartment on North Broadway and found we are extremely competitive! So please before you leave a poor review on our business, do your homework and think it through. Can we get something higher than 1 star for everything we did for you? We helped you out with exceptionally fast and fair service. Thanks
