Had a very unfortunate interaction with their customer service via chat. So unless you want to be talked down to and/or shamed… (some people might be into that I guess)… I’d stay away from these jerks. When was my last order shipped out? 02:18 PM What is your email? 02:18 PM You'd think you could include this information in the "order history" 02:19 PM Please call our shipping department tomorrow, 1-800-990-9681 ext460. We may need to reship your order 02:19PM What? Why? I feel like I'm contacting you now... 02:20 PM The order doesnt appear to have been picked up from the pharmacy There is nothing we can do for you today. Call the shipping department 02:21 PM Why does it say it was shipped? 02:21 PM Most likely they will just reship 02:21 PM Most likely? 02:21 PM Yes. After it is determined this shipment wasnt shipped they will reship 02:22 PM I’m sorry sir but your answer is for me to call someone else?… tomorrow? 02:22 PM My answer is to call the department that can help you. They arent open on the weekends 02:22 PM We dont ship on the weekends. USPS isnt open to discuss this on Sundays. 02:24 PM Kinda seems like something that customer service could handle for me. Of course actually shipping the product should have been the kind of thing that you’d be able to handle as well. 02:24 PM HERES WHERE IT GETS GOOD Sorry you feel that way. You are entitled to your opinion. Please, try not to be rude when you call back 02:24 PM Did you have any additional questions? 02:25 PM Oh have I upset you by wishing I had received the product I've paid for? 02:25PM Was this a compliment? 02:25 PM I just like to receive things I pay for on time… and if they don’t I like to be able to speak with a person who can help… I'm just a fussy old grump that way 02:25 PM Dont have to convince me 02:26 PM Cool. 02:27 PM Try to have a better rest of your day. And dont fret, we will get your erection medication just as soon as we can. 02:27 PM

NOTE: Request sent to Trustpilot for more information. We cannot verify that this is a factual customer experience. UPDATE: "Customer" did not respond within time alotted. Review has escalated to Flagged. UPDATE: Trustpilot is allowing this to remain in place because their AI enhanced screening protocol deems it "could" have happened. We have interviewed our CSRs internallly and found that it probably did not occur. We apologize if this appears drawn out, but that is why there are checks and balances in place, to be utilized. We look forward to assisting our customers with patience and dignity in all of your transactions, thank you all.

I ordered 2 separate orders, sales representative called me to combine my orders together and that I would still get my 2 free gifts one for each of the original orders. He lied, I only got 1 free gift, very disappointed with the cheap trick. I allow the company to save money from only have to ship one order instead of two and I got cheated out of a free gift.
Response from HealthyMaleJan 20, 2025
Hello Cam, You CAN'T place 2 separate orders at the same time just to get 2 FREE gifts, that's why your order was combined. You are allowed one FREE gift per order which was explained to you when you called in to lodge a complaint, and you accepted that. We're sorry that you felt you had to resort to a 1 Star Trustpilot review to punish? us. Please call us at 1-800-990-9681 ext 777
