First off, thanks for being a loyal customer since 2003.
There may be some light at the end of the brand tunnel in December, when Teva Sildenafil 100mg released the very first FDA approved Generic Viagra.
Looking forward to lowering the prices for once. I have raised the prices due to cost increases every year since 1999 and twice per year since 2009.
It would be nice to lower the price of Viagra once and for all.

Dear Sir,
I want to thank you for being a loyal customer the past 5 years. I also want to let you and everyone reading know, that I agree with you, the prices are too high, way too high actually!
One of the most common replies that I have had to write the past few years, has been about high prices, prices increasing every year or every 6 months, etc. All about prices!!!
Since I write so much about high prices, I want to take something I wrote below to another customer and just post it here,
"I agree with you 100% about the cost of the meds. doubling over the past 5 years. Actually, the Manufacturer has increased the cost of this medication twice (2x) per year in the Summer and Winter since 2009. I have had to increase our selling price accordingly to account for the cost increasing approx. 22% per year over the past 7 years. There is some light at the end of the Brand Tunnel and that will take shape in December when the FDA and the Mfg.'s have announced that a Legal Generic medication will be available at a lower price. We will be not only promoting all FDA approved medications, but will be the lowest priced web site available with our Tele-Medicine services, so that your new lower priced medication will be delivered to your door next day or 2nd day and on Saturday for only $13.95 using USPS Priority Mail."
All indications from our Pharmacy Distribution Chain are that we'll see an FDA Approved Generic Sildenafil 100mg (Viagra) and FDA Approved Generic Tadalafil 20mg (Cialis) tablet that will sell for 30% or less than the current selling price of the Brand Medication.

Customer service could have been better
The ordering process was straight forward and wasn't too cumbersome. I did have an issue with the person who I spoke with for their follow up call. I mentioned I hadn't received my pill splitter on previous orders and he got defensive and very standoffish. It got pretty heated and the guy spoke to me very aggressively. At the end of the day, I'm strongly considering not using them again but we'll have to see what the future holds...

We have discussed your call with the Representative you spoke too and advised that we do not tolerate this sort of behavior, ever! Thank you for being a loyal customer, we do appreciate your business.
Actually, I will not argue with you that the price of Cialis 20 mg at $68/tablet is way, way too expensive and should be much less in price. We always promote and have our US Pharmacies dispense genuine Brand Cialis so we are under the direction of our Pharmacies who receive there supply directly from Eli Lilly, maker of Cialis. Unfortunately, they have increased their cost of Cialis 14 times in the past 7 years at 6% to 12% each time. Since 2009 they have increased the cost of Cialis every Summer and every Winter.
However, there is good new ahead, in less than 1 year, November, 2017, Cialis (Tadalafil) will come off patent and a generic Tadalafil will be FDA approved to sell in the USA. Which means, that the price of not only Cialis brand but most likely other competing ED medications will also match or beat the lower prices. We hope that these prices are 50% to 75% less than they are today.
I do want to mention, that we do issues coupons that range from 5% to 8% discount, so please open our e-mail or use our direct mail coupons which we have sent out 4 times per year for the past few years.

i can't use it if I don't have it
Apparently I have to sign for my order when it is delivered. If this happens on a Friday my order must be picked up at the Post Office the following day and on Saturday you must do this before 3pm. The bottom line is I don't have my order that is being sent 2 Day Priority until 5 days later. Not happy

The only light at the end of the generic tunnel, is that in late November, 2017, Pfizer is allowing Teva to produce and support an FDA approved generic version of Viagra (sildenafil citrate) for sale in the USA. This would also mean the Eli Lilly will need to adjust the cost of Cialis accordingly to compete. Also, in December of 2017, Cialis (tadalafil) will come off patent protection meaning that an FDA approved generic version will become available shortly after.
The prices at your local Pharmacies could go down by 30% or more.
