I signed-up in August 2020 but was never able to use the service. I called in September 2020 to cancel. They kept charging me $19.95/month until January 2021. They claimed they couldn't find any record of my cancellation request and are now asking for a "$39.95 cancellation fee". Most people told me HealthSapiens was a scam, but I did not believe it, until today.

This "company" advertised a FREE 14 day trial period but I saw it try to charge my Chime card! How is this service FREE when you are still tryna charge? Kindly explain

They charged me before my trial was over. I asked them to delete my account twice now and they still haven't and keep charging me.

I signed up for a free trial and upon cancelling prior to the trial end date was told I would be charged $10 as I had signed up for the trial through a third party. I find that suspicious to say the least. That is not a free trial at all. That's a $10 14 day trial, which comes out to about the same as their $19.95 monthly subscription price. When I tried to dispute this with the customer service agent they could not explain why they do this or what exactly the "handling fee" covers seeing as I hadn't utilized their services at all. I emailed back and forth a total of 14 times with them before I finally gave up. When my husband tried reaching them on the phone he couldn't get ahold of anyone. I'm not sure of the quality of their services they provide as I never utilized them, but I can tell you firsthand that their customer service is condescending and unhelpful and their business practices are shady to say the least.

THIS IS A SCAM. I signed up for a free trial and when I canceled before being charged they tried to charge me a $10 handling fee. That's not a free trial. Also, most doctors offices offer the same exact services for free.
