Excellent customer service and communication!! Called to let me know the delivery date and then called when my device arrived. Helped show me the features and what help they can be for future servicing needs. Friendly and courteous. I will be back.

We're glad you thought our customer service has been great! Unfortunately, shipping service has been unpredictable these days. We really hope the delivery date given on their part is accurate, but sometimes there is unforeseen delays.
