For reviews that do not provide any order number and no verification: First of all, we reiterate that we are a formal website. It is true that many merchants sell saunas, but we operate it legally. For negative reviews, we wanted to provide the order number, and we would provide feedback after verifying the authenticity, but no one provided it, and we did not receive any emails or phone calls. We do not have such an order number, our order number is not displayed like this. Our order number is composed of two letters and four numbers. So we are sure that you did not buy it. Please stop making malicious comments. Secondly, customers who have actually placed orders on our website and made feedback on Trustpilot will have a (Verified) label. Trustpilot tips:This reviewer was automatically invited to write a review following their experience with the company. This type of review is automatically labeled verified. update：We don't have such order numbers. Our order numbers are composed of letters and numbers. So we are sure you didn't buy it. Please don't make malicious comments anymore. If you make malicious comments again, we will fight back. (I know who you are)

Hi,We called you a few times but you didn't answer and when you called we were at the factory most of the time so we didn't get it either, but you can't come and give us a bad review for that. Reply to add:You are welcome to contact us directly or leave us your correct mobile phone number via email. We have not found your order based on your current phone number. We have called back all missed calls, but your information has not been found yet. Malicious negative reviews do not reflect our true service quality.
