I had a HORRIBLE experience with Dr Finkleman. He was extremely rude, lacked compassion and continued to harass me about my skin condition instead of being helpful. This service is only good if you get an understanding Dr. I've never been treated so badly.

Their app sucks. It would be nice to be able to recieve care, and it's great that this is included in my insurance, but it's absolutely useless. Even the phone call option doesn't work most of the time.
