It took way too long, too many transfer to another person repeating the same question. I should not have to be on the phone for over an hour with a company than I'm already insured through.

Process is too repetitive and too long. What initially promised to be one short 15-20 minutes interview led to 5 transfer interviews and lasted almost 3 hours. That’s ridiculous.
