The first Humana agent took care of us pretty good in the second one was good, but we didn’t realize that he’s gonna be shifted. Every they come into insurance agency out there that there is I’m going to be on the phone talking to people. No one told me that I was gonna be talking to all these people, they tried to give me every insurance I could get, but I had to hang up on them. They just wouldn’t let go.
