He explained everything clearly so I could understand , was very nice, sounds like it will be a big help n my life when things can be difficult

The people I spoke to was very intelligent helpful and understanding when I had any questions about what kind of assistance I will be receiving and what to expect when I switch to the new healthcare plan I will be changing over to. The only thing I would change would be the rushing thru the process. I understand that the faster they get it done the better but I also feel like that some people can't to get thru it quick but others dont I . Myself rather enjoyed the rushing and I think that's why they did it so again they don't a wonderful job

Overall it’s was good but there are too many steps getting passed to person tpo person. Listening too the same thing over and over, takes to long, some of your reps talk entirely to fast the second person I talked was like that he didn’t even take a breath. I was able to keep up, but what about others that can’t they need to slow down remember what age group they’re talking to some just can’t hear or comprehend that fast.
