I've been trying since February to get meds changed over to you, 1st box included 4 of 10 meds, 2nd box had 2 meds. 3rd box had 1 med. i have called 3 times and i get the same story. insurance says it's too early to fill when I will be out in 3 days. However, the local pharmacy can fill it. The time wasted on the phone, 20 minutes or longer for the person to send the pharmacy a note and before you know it I'm down to 3 days of meds and cannot wait for you shipment in 2 or more weeks. The last person said this would work itself out, I don't see how. It is making monthly med preparation a nightmare; I still have to open the pouches to but with the bottled med I have to keep getting because you say it's too early to fill. Please tell me what needs to be done to get all meds in the pouches together. I thought this was going to be a big help as I'm having hand surgery in two weeks, I'm still having to open bottles and pouches to take meds.

So first of all after I explain at the transfer me to especially's who knows the detail and then after I wait for about 40 minutes I got disconnected and then it started over again that transport again for the second time and the gosh talking so soft and nothing get done I just ended the conversation so still not get the job done
