The three ladies I spoke with in the beginning were very helpful. I don't like the fact that I kept getting switched around from one person to another depending on the product. Unfortunately the gentleman I spoke with at the end about hearing and vision coverage and then about extra help with medical costs (like Aflac which this person rudely let me know but that's not available in my area), anyway he was very nonchalant. Gave off the impression unless you're spending money I don't want to deal with you. when I told him that I didn't want to spend any money on hearing and vision. That hearing and vision are not a priority at this time, he said well then I guess I can't help you because everything we offer cost money, I said well what about the extra help with paying my medical bills aren't you going to tell me about that? He said well it's cost money it's an extra cost I didn't think you wanted to hear anything about cost money or something to that effect. I understand that I said but hearing a vision are not a priority right now but I'd like to hear what you're offering as far as the extra insurance. Unfortunately I didn't qualify because of pre-qualifying conditions. But he was just very rude. I got a really really bad taste in my mouth from that man, his attitude was if you're not going to sign up for any of this product that cost money then you are no good to me. That's the way he made me feel and that was very unfortunate. That man needs to be retrained on customer service or maybe he needs to find another job better suits his personality. regardless of whether or not the customer can afford the product he's trying to push on them they should be treated with respect.. That's all I got to say about that guy he was not a good representative of your company. I sure hope that conversation was recorded and that you guys can go back and listen to it because nobody should be made to feel the way he made me feel
