I was on the phone with the last representative and I don’t know what happen. He was asking questions and it seemed I was put on hold with no notice. I stayed on the phone for another 5 minutes and he never returned to the phone call so I hung up. He should have called me back.

Everyone was nice but i feel it was all about sales then helping me out. i was here because I have no health care because bluecross want 450 to 800 a mouth that is most of my income

Everything was fine the people I talked to were very nice and very helpful and I know things take time but I was on the phone with them for over 2 hours I was getting tired and there was more to do but my niece was coming to take me groceries shopping and I had to go just saying it took a long time
