Your reps were extremely friendly and helpful. Seems like they actually cared about and my family, dug for more benefits. However the process was long I understand the government hoops involved, but it was very taxing on me. Bit they made great attempts to make it easier on me. Thank you

I didn't know this was a company that worked with my health care to provide other things that I was intitiled to which was great news. Costumer service was great and very helpful I am glad I called.

They were very thorough with everything. It's neither a good or bad thing, but they will have you on the phone for a couple hours trying to make sure everything is done. It's all gonna depend on how much time you have to deal with it. In my case, that day it was fine. But again . Very thorough and friendly
