The agent that I spoke to was very informative and helpful. I would just like to be able to get my medical card sooner. I need it for my primary physician. Or at least a medical number i can give them.

The first two people the helped me were very patient, kind and helpful. All my questions were answered, and they made everything very clear. Sadly, the last man I spoke to was extremely rude and made me feel I was an inconvenience. At the end of the call, he even hung up on me.
