I spoke several times to Ahnas Shouf and he was very helpful and patient with the process of me signing up and I’m appreciative. He made sure to go over every single detail I needed to make a decision on my plan and that all my medical needs and doctors would be covered even my transportation.

The customer service agent was very welcoming, king, very excited to take care of my concerns and just very helpful trying to get me in a similar program to the one I had so kudos to you Dale Russell.

For a beginner on this experience, turned out that expectedly and unknowingly became a big plus for me in getting the right coverage by also avoiding a penalty that would of gotten me of guard in the long run. Professionalism/Politeness/Trustworthiness set up by the staff in explaining and clarifying all I needed to know with the reassurance of any future questions to rely as the beginning of things really brought forth a sigh of relief and hope that I was in good hands. For that I truly thank the staff that helped me out the morning of Sept/19 and to Twoin Davis in explaining me in detail what I needed to know before passing me on to a license agent. Again, Thanks!!
