The second personon after the agent…
The second personon after the agent could not answer my question so I had to go back to the agent and change the policy the second person should not be confusing you after you've talked to the agent to have to go back and talk to you the agent again

They were very courteous
They were very courteous. Answered my questions in a timely manner, and didn't just "push" me along. I found out things i really didn't know. I am pleased, and satisfied with everything that they explained to me!
