Ms Granger was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all questions that I had. And it was extremely nice to speak with someone that English is their first language. It is extremely hard to understand how the different plans work. Even harder when you cannot understand the person you are speaking with. Ms Granger was polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional.
