What went wrong? That’s what it says on this survey. I’ll tell you what went wrong. I was on hold. Told the girl OK she says I’ll transfer you. She was waiting. I was waiting on the phone. It got transferred to a questionnaire. Then she said live help then we got transferred again and then it says no one is available. Sorry I will stick with my current healthcare. I will never go with this cheesy fly-by-night Healthcare that can’t even take a customer’s call. Don’t care don’t call me again.

I was talking to Juliet around 3:44 about benefits we could be receiving through United Health Care when the line went dead. I assumed Juliet would call me right back byt she never did. I was connected to an automated computer after spending 10 minutes with a person making small talk while waiting to be connected to a "live agent". When I was finally connected, it was NOT a person, it was a computer generated program. There was no other answer but yes and no way to opt out within the call. It was a total waste of time!
