Communication was great
Communication was great, her voice was clear and she was professional. I can understand her very easily. She was able to answer all my questions right away. The only problem that I found was at the beginning. They said it would take 20 minutes and it ended up taking 2 1/2 hours. I thought that was funny and it was probably because she ended up doing my husband‘s application as well, which was appreciated because we got it all done in a matter of 2 1/2 hours and now we can move on so thank you very much
