The staff was very knowledgeable and they explained the information very well. They informed me of the benefits in terms that I could understand. They answered my questions. And was very patience with me. They provide references for me to check out the information. They didn't try to change my mind or influence me in any way even if I didn't agree. They made me feel like I could ask as many questions as I needed to. Very polite and helpful.
