I called the office a week ago and had to leave word to call me, as I had a coupls of questions. I have as yet to receive a call back. This is the second time it has happened. It seems that all they are interested in is to get you signed up and on the hook, and then forget about you./ Very poor!!!

I was given the number to get help- was in the phone an hour and a half- was not looking for a new plan- was sent to talk to 2nd person, and the woman hung up on me. I should not have coverage as she was the person who finalizes the call, but now have to call again as I am getting these emails that I am enrolled!!
