Your agents listened to my health issues and concerns and went above and beyond duty to find a policy that fits my needs almost to a T. Give your agents a little more time so they can put possible clients at ease. Some elderly people live alone and don't get people coming by to check on them. WE need to know if something comes up health wise we do have a policy and the company providing it actually cares about our health as much as we do.
