I did not receive the benefit that I initially called about. And I asked the agent on the phone at least 2 times about receiving the grocery allowance benefit card and he assured me that I would receive it in the mail. It's been 2 weeks since last contact from your organization. Considering canceling this. A waste of time.

My boyfriend can't hear or understand very well and now he gets numerous spam calls now over all of his important calls. If this is a service to help disabled and elderly it's not for the person. Now he has to change his phone number. Definitely a bad company.
