Very thorough and patient with explaining my concerns. My various concerns were handled in a professional, patient manner.

The experience was good they, talked me through the process and assured me that this plan was the best for my chronic health condition. Also assured me my doctors and medication was all covered.

All the ladies were great… My only concern was the automated recording near the end. The voice was way too fast. As I listened I thought of my mom…she would NEVER come close to understanding 90% of it. I had trouble keeping up with it a few times. It seemed almost purposeful…like it had to be said, but no one really cares/would listen to the answers. Another concern is that I had noooo idea when I called Medicare that it would end up taking well over an hour. It just happened to be a rare situation where I had that time. And it was uncomfortable to be sent from person to person and not feeling exactly sure of what was happening. I’m guessing each person gets paid by how many people they sign up…and like I said they were super nice, but slowing down the rapid fire explanations would be helpful to many. I do appreciation the positivity!…and that it seems to be all taken care of now…to my benefit😊
